Customer Pickup for Commercial Accounts

For your convenience and fast turn-around on Commercial Accounts with order quantities of 4,000 or greater, we offer Customer Pickup at our Manufacturing Facility in Brunswick, OH.  Please specify details when ordering, and SpeedLeaf will email you an authorization for this available shipping option. 

Website & Other Shipping Options

For all other shipments, our standard  processing/shipping time from date of order to delivery is typically 2 to 7 business days once product is in stock at SpeedLeaf, and dependent on your location if shipped in the continental US.  Unless specifically requested, orders will ship via UPS Ground, or similar service. Customers will pay all freight charges.  Occasional carrier delays may occur and are out of our control. SpeedLeaf does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates.

In the event that an item is out-of-stock, we will advise the options for replacements or back orders.  If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will ship all items we have on hand and back order any remaining items. Backorders will be shipped once the product has been produced and arrives in our warehouse.

Customer Stocking Plans

Commerical customers may work with our sales team to set up their own dedicated inventories at SpeedLeaf for their future shipments. This will provide security in your supply chain and logistics to ensure a smooth operation and to eliminate/minimize any stockout situations and delays with your business.  Please contact Sales@SpeedLeafUSA.com for more details.

Customer Shipper Account Numbers

We do accept customer shipper account numbers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). A handling fee of $9.50 is charged to the customer when a personal shipper account number is used.

Handling Fees

All orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other carrier will be charged an additional $7.50 handling fee. Orders shipped on other carriers may also be subject to a handling fee.

UPS & other Freight Carrier Claims

All boxes and items leave SpeedLeaf in optimal condition. All our packages meet UPS shipping requirements upon leaving our warehouse. Any damaged items are shipping related and claims must be placed with the shipping company. SpeedLeaf will take the necessary precautions to avoid undue damage and will not accept responsibility for items damaged during shipment. International Shipments

For international shipping to all countries (except Canada), SpeedLeaf has a minimum order amount of $1,000 and requires you to use your own Freight Forwarder. These requirements include shipments to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. Please work directly with your sales consultant to use your Freight Forwarder to process international shipping. (Please note, international orders cannot be completed through our online shopping cart).

Canadian Shipments

For Canadian orders shipping via UPS, the brokerage fees and taxes are part of the shipping fee. If you choose to use your own carrier, you will be responsible for those fees and providing a broker to get your order through customs.
