Refund policy

Since our products are manufactured to your specific orders and quantities, and produced in your specific color choice, our business policy is All Sales Are Final - No Refunds. 

If you receive a product which is defective or damaged during shipping, please send an email to us at CustomerService@SpeedLeafUSA.com within 48 hours of the date that you received the defective product, including a  complete explanation/ documentation of the issue along with pictures for our review and refund disposition.   After 48 hours from the date of receipt, we do not accept returns of defective or damaged products.

In addition, if the product was damaged in transit, you must write the specific issues involved with the damage on the shipping company's paperwork at the time of receipt.   Your returned item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and the receipt or proof of purchase will be required.  Failure to follow any of the listed return requirements will void your claim.  In order to qualify for a return/refund, customers must abide by all of the policies herein.

To start a return, please contact us at CustomerService@SpeedLeafUSA.com.  Upon receipt of your email, and if approved, we will email you back a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This RMA will contain instructions on how and where to ship back your damaged product.  Once received and inspected, SpeedLeaf will ship the replacement product to you or issue refund.  Please note that any Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, no later than 48 hours from date of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as, custom products - special orders, rush orders, colors or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
